MIXED USE + MULTI-FAMILY

When we were approached by a young development company, Smithcraft was given the mandate to develop a multifamily low rise building that had the flexibility to convert from single bedroom occupancy to two-bedroom units and then eventually convert to a long-term care facility in the future.
Project Scope
Through our innovative design approach, we were able to develop design that met all of the developer’s needs. As a bonus, we were also able to establish the full support of the municipal planners as Smithcraft met all zoning criteria and designed a beautiful architecture that the planners were excited to see come to Dawson Creek.
The Result
It is Smithcraft Architecture’s unique skill to be able to listen to all stakeholders and craft designs that meet everyone’s needs and goals.
