A small low-rise Mixed Use project that particularly excited the Smithcraft Architecture team.
Project Scope
The developer tasked us with designing a gateway building to the Maple Ridge downtown on a derelict and long forgotten site. This project had many challenges that we met with our design and negotiating skills and Smithcraft delivered a notable building unlike any others in the municipality that continued to meet all zoning and owner goals.
The Result
Through careful design, smithcraft maximized the unit yield and helped our client navigate a lengthy and challenging approval process. The result is a beautifully designed and patterned landmark building that will announce when the public has arrived to the eastern downtown edge of Maple Ridge.
