Description:
Providing for a client with a young family that wanted a home that they could grow with, we provided a light filled house with a large family outdoor deck and back yard by successfully seeking a variance to the required front yard setback. This allowed for a safe and private rear play yard while maintaining the streetscape. The split roof design allows for an open cathedral ceiling and a striking form and presence on the street.
