Description:
The client owns a property in Osoyoos and wanted to develop the property to provided rental suites available for the seasonal workers who flock to Osoyoos during the warm summer months. And the client wanted to finance the development by subdividing the property into 8 additional sites to build single family homes with secondary suites for sale. The result is a very traditional but attractive rental apartment on the lower portion of the site with 8 single family homes on the upper portion of the site with views to the lakefront in the distance. We provided many iterations for this design and explored different placement of the buildings, and the final design is the culmination of our work with our client.
